Conference registration

Attendees can register to the conference and book an hotel room simultaneously (limited by the number of negociated rooms at the hotel).

Students are granted a 150 euros discount on the registration fee, a proof of the student status must be faxed along with the inscription, otherwise no receipt will be issued.

At least one full registration (not student) is required for each published article.

All prices are valid until december 14th and will be increased by 50 euros after this date.

Conference including hotel room

We have negotiated some rooms at the hotel in which the conference will be held (the number of rooms is limited, though). This price, for one single person, includes:

The conference registration, with electronic proceedings.
One conference banquet ticket.
The hotel room (single or double) from January, 17 (evening) to January, 20 (midday).
Full board (every meal included), with possibility to convert midday lunch to a picnic.

Room for guest

We can book a room for a guest (not coming to the technical sessions) accompannied by a participant to the conference. This price includes:

One conference banquet ticket.
The hotel room (double) from January, 17 (evening) to January, 20 (midday) for one person.
Full boards (every meal included), with possibility to convert midday lunch to a picnic.
